Welcome to the 1st edition of the Milagrow HRD Newsletter, we are pleased to introduce a monthly newsletter that would focus on the HR needs of SMEs. This is the inaugural edition.Theme of the Month is “How to overcome difficulties faced by MSMEs and how to inculcate Best People Practices for their organizations”. Milagrow Human Resources Newsletter titled 'MHRD' (Milagrow Human Resources Development) is an e-publication focussed on providing the latest Human Resources (HR) news, trends, experts opinions and event happenings in the constantly evolving area of HR.Each issue is focussed on a particular HR theme for the smaller organizations which give a comprehensive coverage on the function. A highlight of every issue is the section titled 'Interview of the month', where thought leaders share their learnings.
