• Facilitated Campus Visits* : SMEs interested in hiring from the colleges can sign up as a premium member of the Milagrow Portal. This will enable the MSMEs to receive constant alerts and mailers of the colleges from us, facilitating their recruitment requirements. We could also facilitate the college visits at a nominal charge.
• FREE Student Database access : MSMEs can directly click the colleges of their choice and access the student database. They can research online and shortlist the candidates on different criteria for their current vacancies
• Direct Access to Talent : As the ready-to-hire professional student database would already be available on the portal, the MSMEs would only need to connect to the colleges directly and call the students for a personal interview, drastically reducing cost of recruitment
