Job Description

The candidate will have the overall responsibility of the Centre profitability

Applicant will be accountable to achieve the Bottom Line and the Top line and to provide leadership to the Center.

The position requires to handle efficiently varied sales & business development activities in the territory & adjoining areas

Responsible for the over all operations of the Mall.

Responsible for the over all administration of that property.

Responsible for the over all facility management of that property.

Identifying market changes and emerging trends

Implementation of standard operating procedures

Monitoring, mentoring, motivating Team members to drive service-oriented initiatives & increase bottom line

Develop marketing plans & strategies

Planning & achieving sales budgets
