Milagrow & Ziglar held a two day Leadership Workshop

 The two day Soul Enriching Leadership and Awe Inspiring workshop was successfully held on 25-26th May 2009 at the hotel Crowne Plaza, Gurgaon. This workshop saw participation from all the major sectors of the economy and was essentially designed for Team Leaders and Senior Executives.

The main focus of the workshop remained on understanding the groundwork of a top performer and seeking ways on how to enhance a low performer’s performance, making one’s employees partners and the five Ps which are preparation, performance, productivity, presentation and profitability.Sessions on Personal branding which helps an individual to create himself into a brand, 7 pillars of success were highly appreciated by the attendees as it  enabled them to face different opportunities and challenges and take their team to a new height.

The emphasis of the workshop was to enhance the performance of leaders and their teams through a blend of timeless leadership principles and its application. The workshop covered all the topics starting from the basics like definition of leadership to year old theories of the art of top performance and science of top performance

The participants discovered ways to improve and enhance the belief on themselves and emerge as a leader, improve the quality of performance and confidence of their teams, eliminate every negative element that hampers the growth and improvement of the team.
