Capacity Building
Milagrow World Small Business School conducts Capacity Building seminars and workshops for the MSMEs. These workshops are conducted by Milagrow Mentors and Subject Matter Experts. During the programs Milagrow also conducts one to one mentoring sessions. Programs are conducted on a all 360 degree business issues and according to the stage of a company development be it Scale ups, Start ups, Turn arounds, Operational Excellence etc.
A fundamental goal of capacity building is to enhance the ability to evaluate and address the crucial problems related to various aspects of the business, based on an understanding of environment potentials and limits and of needs perceived by the people.
