Mr.P Surendra Pai ,Knowledge Mentor

P. Surendra Pai is now a Knowledge Mentor at Milagrow. He focuses on South India and on Mentoring CEOs of MSMEs across India.

He is also serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asia Cryocell Ltd as well as Nutra Specialities India Limited. He is also a member of the board of Federal Bank.Prior to this, Mr. Pai was Executive Chairman of the diversified Murugappa Group in Chennai in 2002. During his tenure, he not only changed the strategic direction of the group companies but also contributed significantly in increasing the turnover from Rs 4200 crore in 2002-03 to over Rs 7300 crore in 2005-06 and the profits from Rs 264 crore in 2002-03 to Rs 802 crore in 2005-06.

Mr. Pai has also worked and contributed significantly to both Wipro and Union Carbide India Ltd growth earlier in his career. Mr. P. Surendra Pai is based out of Chennai.
