Keeping in mind the growing information technology (IT) needs of the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector, Milagrow Business and Knowledge Solutions has launched a new website 'IT4SMEs' to provide IT solution to for small and growing businesses in India.
IT4SMEs will provide one stop and no-cost or low-cost desktop solution, web solution, IT infrastructure solution, business software and cloud computing solution, said the company in a press release in New Delhi on Friday.
Launching the website, founder of Milagrow, Rajeev Karwal said "IT industry by-and-large has failed the small business cause in India - through poor quality, missed deadlines and exorbitant pricing. Even though 99% of the business enterprises are small businesses, there is not even a single dedicated IT initiative."
"Milagrow, a long time champion of the SME cause, is now aptly positioned to solve their problems conclusively. Using a combination of Open Source software and cloud computing is the most effective way to initiate SMEs into the IT fold," he added.
According to Karwal, IT4SMEs's solutions are a comprehensive combination of advice, technology, service, and support & training with very attractive launch prices.
He informed that the basic pack of web solutions starts at Rs. 15,000 while mail server solution starts at Rs. 25,000 and business software solution at Rs. 15,000 per application.
Commenting on the new initiative, leader of Milagrow's IT4SMEs technology team, Abhas Abhinav said that many IT vendors in India exploit SMEs' lack of knowledge and meager resources to fill their own coffers.
